Quick And Healthy Breakfast Ideas For School

Are your kids tired of cold cereal for breakfast? I’ve got you covered with quick and healthy breakfast ideas that will keep them energized for a full day at school.

Quick And Healthy Breakfast Ideas For School this !

Mornings with little kiddos can be a challenge!

Trying to get yourself ready for the day while simultaneously setting up your kids for a successful day at school is no easy task.

Plus, I don’t know about you, but if you’re in this same boat, I can imagine that this back-to-school season might feel significantly more challenging after a year (or more!) of at-home schooling and wacky routines.

We’re definitely starting to get back into the groove of getting off to school in the morning; it’s been very helpful to have easy breakfasts ready to go that don’t add more stress to our a.m. flow.

Sure, cold cereal works in a pinch (and we certainly eat it plenty!), but I try to mix things up in the morning.

I have rounded up several quick and healthy breakfast ideas that both of my boys enjoy and your kids will love!

From banana baked oatmeal to savory egg and cheese cups, you can make many of these school breakfasts recipes ahead of time so you don’t have to think twice about what to eat at 8 a.m.

This version baked in a pie dish features an optional peanut butter cream frosting!

Mini Egg Pies with Pepper Jack & Peppers

These are SO simple (just four ingredients!) and pretty for spring brunches, parties, and a quick and easy option for breakfast and snacks during the week.

Note you’ll want to reheat them in a toaster oven so the crust stays crunchy.

Made with oats, milk and berries, they’re nutritious and fun to eat too!

Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oatmeal Muffins

One of my all-time favorite breakfast recipes, these cinnamon raisin baked oatmeal muffins are baked in a single serving muffin cup and easy to reheat and eat for breakfast on busy mornings.

These Super Oatmeal Cookies will be your kids’ new favorite morning surprise!

They’re ideal to bake in advance and reheat for quick mornings (paired with fresh fruit or greek yogurt).

You could describe these as a “scuffin” actually. Part scone, part muffin, part cookie.

Pineapple Upside Down Baked Oatmeal

Give basic baked oatmeal a tropical twist with pineapple rings, juicy cherries, and a sprinkle of brown sugar to caramelize on top.

This Pineapple Upside-Down Baked Oatmeal is ready in just 30 minutes and reheats beautifully.

This breakfast option is ideal to make ahead and reheat on weekdays or serve fresh out of the oven for brunch.

These are so helpful! I saved several to try this weekend for my kiddos for the upcoming week. Do you have a favorite toddler smoothie cup? One that Biech can’t spill all over your house? Haha

We use these cups most of the time. They do sometimes overflow with smoothie if the pressure builds up, so they aren’t perfect, but the straw is one way so they can be spilled.

We also have these cups, which I love for the multi uses, but they are not really spill proof. But better than a cup without a lid!
