That salad looks fantastic! I need more cornbread in my life :) I’m jealous that you can run in the afternoon now. It’s still too hot here in Tucson to run after 10 AM.

I’m at the grammy museum in a “sound booth” w my husband. Kinda boring. Would rather be eating a salad!

Wow, what a pretty salad…random toppings are the best. And cornbread? I can’t remember the last time I had that, but now I want some! Have a good Sunday evening :)

I’ve been watching TV movies all weekend in between (mild) cleaning. It’s good for a rainy day antidote.

Do you and Matt run the same pace or does one slow down for the other?

11 KathEats October 2, 2011 at 3:37 pm

Basically the same pace, although he goes much faster when I’m not around

Your salad = amazing. Especially the corn bread. I’m pretty sure I could live on cornbread with honey. Heaven. :D

Sundays of us are pretty much relaxing the day away, especially on a day like today where it is cold and rainy outside.

Grapes in salad are pretty much the best thing ever. Except for that cornbread. I drool over it every time.

I’ve never seen coconut combined with blackbeans into a dip – what a fantastic and tasty idea!
