Today my goal is to move in slow motion. Yesterday was such a whirlwind I was all hot and bothered all day!

Simma Down Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen black + rasp
- 1 small super ripe banana (I’ve been eating black ones all week!)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 big spoonfuls raw rolled oats
–> Sunflower butter
I’m taking today off of formal exercise other than my 40 minutes of biker commuting. In this heat, I’d say that counts as one sweaty workout!
