Workin Hard For The Sandwich

Things are much quieter today (in my brain) but busy at the bakery (=good!)

And the sandwiches are especially amazing!!

For a late lunch (meaning I was more than hungry by the time I sat down!!) Jenn made me me an Almond Butter + Granola BLAST!!! It rocked!!!

IMG_4198 (640x427)

On the side – the last of last week’s gazpacho

IMG_4197 (640x427)

And some melon cubes! (Plus a few more that wouldn’t fit in my jar)

IMG_4195 (640x427)

Delicious!

IMG_4192 (640x427)

Matt is shipping out the second half of the OpenSky Mixes (!!!) and I’m workin’ it here till we close. We’ve got a quiet dinner in before my parents come to town!

Glad things are quieter in your brain and that you have a nice relaxing dinner planned before your parents hit town.

Thanks to Matt for shipping out the Open Sky mixes…I hope today is not supposed to be his off day or I’ll feel bad!

Glad to hear that business is good! Do y’all make a lot of ‘loaf’ sized breads? Our great harvest here makes everything in ’round’ form! I prefer the loaf size breads (which is what the GH in charlotte always offered!! Well, I guess they offered both!)
