Not shortage of pumpkin in this house!!
Although Matt has laid claim to 4 lbs of this for pumpkin beer brewing today. But that still leaves me with 2 lbs plus a whole second can…when I’m ready
I put it to good use in a smoothie today.
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Tasted JUST like mom’s pumpkin chiffon pie!
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 small or 1/2 large banana
- 4 cubes ice
- Pinch each of cinnamon, allspice, ground cloves and nutmeg (4 grinds on a grater)
- Cville Cluster + Biscoff on top!
Vanilla tea to round it out. So much pumpkin!!
