Stuffed Crust

Hot pink + silver – party rock!

IMG_4971-2Blog

[They were both Essie – I never look at the color names!]

I continued the hot pink theme with a watermelon snack before I left for dance today

IMG_4972-2Blog

Last week we did flowy lyrical-style music to the dance piece we’re building in Faith’s class. This week we did JAZZ! And there were gymnastics involved!! Handstands! [Did you know I can walk on my hands pretty well!?] I was in a pretty frazzled mood when I left for dance and came home cheerful!

IMG_4975-2Blog

I had an hour until Matt arrived for pizza making, so I poured myself a green cocktail. It tasted SO good I couldn’t help but chug it!!

IMG_4973-2Blog

I assembled everything for dinner except the pizza crust, which was en route!

IMG_4982-2Blog

Tomato + cucumber salad – because those are the only veggies in the house!! I smothered them in Garlic Gold Lemon Vinaigrette – instant amazing flavor!

IMG_4976-2Blog

And then there was pizza

IMG_4978-2Blog

Stuffed crust pizza!!

IMG_4989-2Blog

Not officially, but Matt made a 50% whole wheat dough with Cheddar Garlic and I just happened to get a cheddar nugget in my slice!

IMG_4977-2Blog

All two pieces I devoured were heavenly

IMG_4984-2BlogIMG_4986-2Blog

IMG_4987-2BlogIMG_4992-2BlogIMG_4993-2BlogIMG_4991-2Blog

More hot pink melon came out for dessert! I can’t seem to end a night without it these days. 50% for flavor, 50% for hydration!

Goodnight my friends!

    2. What is on that pizza? It looks absolutely heavenly. Can Matt, like, ship me some dough? ; )

aw man, you gotta start looking at the color names… they are so funny!! especially OPI names… also, are you going to sell premade pizzas that are refrigerated ready for baking at home like whole foods does? i think you could make a KILLING, especially with unique crusts such as the cheddar one featured above! i’m sure your ideas minds are runnin wild with things you could sell, but i bet this would be a smashing success!! just curious….

We probably won’t do pizza – it’s much much more complicated than it seems to do hot food like that! And I’m not sure that it would be cost efficient to keep our ovens running through noon.

oh nooo that’s not what I meant. that wouldn’t be cost effective. I meant prepping the pizzas raw for customers to purchase like that (kind of like a frozen pizza, but fresh) already with various toppings… but completely cold and then you go home and heat and serve….
