I can’t seem to get much done during the days lately. Blog troubles, the bakery, emails, workouts – they all keep me from having a long period of uninterrupted time. Do you know when I do have a long period of time? The evenings. Generally I don’t like to work past dinner other than a blog post and answering comments and final emails for the day – it’s my time to relax. But last night I decided I was tired of these two posts hanging over me so I got to work!
Expect a hilarious Bear post on Thursday at 12:26 : )
AND… finally…years in the making… The Makings Of A Registered Dietitian! Probably the most text you’ll ever see on KERF!
I went to bed at 11:30 and got up at 7 – feeling smooth.
Raspberry + Banana Smoothie D’Lite
- 1 big ripe banana
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup milk
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- Toppings: Cville Cluster, chias, coconut
You were right – my shoulders are sore from the handstands!!
I’ve got a few more things to do before I head out for the day.
Guess what? It’s SLIDER night!
Anna @ Newlywed, Newly Veg says
Sounds like you’ve got a million things on your plate!! Luckily I think you’re a good balancer 🙂
Gina @ running to the kitchen says
Can’t wait to read the rd post! I always defer to strawberries in my smoothies, good idea on the raspberries.
Holly @ The Runny Egg says
Good job getting those posts out of the way — I love the Bears so I’m excited to see them tomorrow.
Allie (Live Laugh Eat) says
The pinkness of that smoothie is so CUTE! Are you trying to tell us something? Perhaps a KERF Jr.? 🙂 Kidding, of course!
Cait's Plate says
Yay!! I cannot WAIT to read that post (seriously I’ve honestly been waiting with such excitement!). I’m glad you got those posts out of the way – I have SO many blog “to-dos” that are hanging over me currently and I really just need to bite the bullet and get them done.
I LOVE your mug.
And I slept 12-6…I could have gone for your 11:30 to 7, those are much better hours 🙂
Margo @ peanut butter trees says
Sometimes it’s great to just bang out the work and get it done with. I’m excited to read the RD post as I’ve been curious about what being an RD is all about. Pretty pink smoothie!
Sarena (The Non-Dairy Queen) says
I feel like I have no time for anything! I just started working part time as a chef in a private school cafe. The crap part is that their is no organization and nothing is clean! I thought of you yesterday when I walked in to having to clean the place…it was a mess! Good luck today and I hope it’s a great one!
I love kicking my to-do list in the pants. Way to go, Kath ; )
Kristin @ eat healthy. be happy. live well says

Averie @ Love Veggies and Yoga says
Your pink food is beautiful and it’s funny with the name of the title of this post b/c I know everyone has been talking about Pinkberry in San Diego. I live sooo close to that place. I pass it daily 🙂

I’m excited to see what they’ve been up to lately
Thanks, everybody, about the Bears, but I think Kath is wrong calling it “hilarious.” It deals with a very serious subject.
Any Bear dressed as a Sheppard is pretty hilarious!
Well Bears the world over dress up as shepherds for Christmas pageants.

Your smoothie bowls are such amazing colors lately! Purple, pink…they all look delicious!
Kristen, Sweetly says
Can’t wait to read about the RD journey. You constantly teach me to be less wordy if I want to be and include more photos! I think both are great sometimes though (word-heavy vs. photo-heavy).
Good job getting a good night’s sleep with all that work.
Annette @ EnjoyYourHealthyLife says
My smoothie was PINK today too!! YUMM.
Can’t wait to see about the RD journey, I find everyone’s personal educational journeys fascinating!! 🙂
Laura @ Sprint 2 the Table says
Your coffee cup matches your smoothie bowl – that’s awesome! 🙂
I totally thought it was going to be strawberries in the bowl… raspberries are a nice change up. I’m going to have to do that this week.
lynn @ the actor's diet says
very beautiful bowl! i’ve had to start working into the evenings lately, which upsets my hubby when he gets back from work and finds me at my computer. but that’s life!

Did you color coordinate your breakfast with your coffee cup on purpose? 🙂
