Cara made Kelsey and me tiny ice creams with chocolate sauce and berries to round out our lunch of antioxidants.
Backtracking…. we had a colorful lunch!
I brought citrus fruit and bread -
Cara brought vegetables, hummus, muenster, and her kitchen. We broiled the sandwiches in the oven so the cheese would melt.
And Kelsey brought spinach salad with tomatoes, feta, walnuts and dressing.
My sandwich was quite large, so I am very full now – mostly of produce!
We watched The Office over lunch – episodes I haven’t seen! It’s so exciting that I have 3-4 seasons of my favorite show unseen. Netflix needs to start ASAP!
And of course we had the bit of ice cream for dessert. I think we’re set to get through Foodservice now

Sometimes, my husband and I watch those full episodes on NBC.com in my office during lunch – it makes it so much better!

I’ve been watching The Office over dinner for years (we have every season on DVD). It’s the perfect length, and of course – quite enjoyable.

I heart The Office! Ricky Gervais was just on Inside the Actors Studio which was hysterical. If you can DVR it, I would. He gave some cool insight about Michael Scott’s character. Now I have to see the BBC version. Have you seen it? Oh yeah, beautiful lunch!
