Let’s pretend that we’re still on vacation… That it’s NOT raining outside… And that the 2 loads of laundry I’m doing are already done! Pancakes certainly help make dreams come true! Kodiak cakes (~1/2 a cup of mix) topped with seared bananas, almond butter and chia seeds. And a mug of decaf! Happy Monday Tuesday!
