Nother day, nother lunch.
A piecemeal of interesting bites!
Salad composed of spinach, green beans, carrot, cuc, celery dressed in Garlic Gold Oil (my newest obsession!) along with a blob of Brittany’s hummus!
A small sandwich on GH CinnaRaisin with Nuttzo PF
Frontside
Backside
And a Voskos Fig with a small jar of Nature’s Path granoler!
That’s all folks!

I love your lunches
Your lunches are always so good looking! I love the backside view of the sandwich with the Nuttzo oozing out.
i 100% understand why you’re a bread snob…how could you not be with the great stuff your hubby makes?!
I haven’t had the voskos fig, but it always intrigues me.
I love love love hummus as salad dressing. It’s really the kind of thing you try once and cannot go back afterwards
I wish I had that many good looking bread in my life … Le Sigh
I need that fig yogurt!
How dare you expose your sandwich’s backside like that!

homemade hummus makes the best salad topper!
The CinnaRaisin looks so good! As soon as I move (there is a Great Harvest 3 1/2 miles away!) I am going to be living off the stuff
You make me have lunch-envy!
Yum, that all looks so very good! Enjoy your lunch!
Hi Kath – just curious – how do you handle your breath with all of that garlic and hummus? I often feel like I cannot get rid of the stink even if I brush my teeth multiple times. Any tips? Love your blog! Marissa
Well I don’t really like garlicky hummus. This one was pretty mild. If I do have something really garlicky I’m with you and regret it all afternoon!
Simply Delish
Mmmmm nuttzo on GH bread must be the BEST combo ever.
Glad you all liked the hummus! It made an appearance in my lunch today as well- as a spread in a turkey/spinach/tomato wrap
The hubby also downed a bunch before we left for the airport last night with more of those pizza-ish pita chips! Oh and snarfed down one of Matt’s muffins as a side with my choco cherry smoothie this morning. Those muffins are AWESOME! So moist and delicious
It was excellent on a salad!
Great Monday lunch! Two for two on the meal front today! Have a great afternoon!
That bread looks so amazingly good! I’m jealous!
Kath! Thinking of you during this busy week as you juggle clinical rotations with moving! Deep breaths..you will get through it because you are SuperKath!

I’ve gotta try Nuttzo! It looks so good in your sandwich.
Your lunches always make me hungry… haha.
The fig Voskos was my absolute favorite. It’s full of little seeds that pop when you eat through it, which I loved.

Hmmm…not uber, but figgy for so’

Cinnamon raisin bread with peanut butter sounds ridiculously good. Awesome lunch
Great Harvest bread always looks like the most delicious thing in the world. More and more I wish we had a GH near me…and the hour long drive to the closest one is getting more and more appealing!! Hope you’re having a great day!
I have never tried hummus as salad dressing…..SO much healthier than what I’ve been using….I must try that. Thanks!
I love that your lunches are always fresh, simple and offer a variety of flavors. And hummus as a salad topping is a great way to give the veggies more staying power- good idea!
I picked up some Garlic Gold… can’t wait to taste what all the fuss is about
Can I put it on roasted asparagus?
Of course!
oooh I would never have thought of adding green beans….what a great idea!!!
I didn’t realize they made fig yogurt! I really want to try out something fig in my life (maybe some spread or fig newtons? I don’t know; I haven’t used them before ever)
Katherine
Glad to hear you are loving the new house! Those tiny jars are always adorable.
The Cinnamon raisin bread looks good, I wish we had that at our GH.
Do you get bored/dred writing similar lunch posts day after day? I enjoy them, but it seems like it could get old for you fast?
Not when I keep them brief
And just kind of type what my brain is saying.
Gosh, you’re showing us a sandwich’s bottom? What’s got into you?
Hey Kath…where did you guys finally find a Great Harvest location? Sounds like life is full for you guys but way to go on selling the house..you’ll find what you are looking for in Cville..don’t worry.
can you start making my lunches?! I’ll pay you!
this lunch looks so yummy! But what I love most of all is that adorable green spoon!
Matt’s a good artist! I love all of the drawings!
