On mornings like this I always wake up humming “It’s a beautiful morning” by the Rascals. I just can’t help it!!
Crazy delicious oatmeal with raspberries, banana, chia seeds, Vanilla Almond granola and a heapin’ spoon of sunflower butter!!
Just couldn’t stop taking photos!!
Bakery power is on. Internet is BACK. Headed there early this afternoon!

I’m not going to lie–the thought of fall makes me really sad inside. But your mug makes me really happy inside, so it mostly balances out.

It was a marvelous morning here, as well. The sun trickled through the tree line and came over the hill as I was driving to work. The nature hippy in my soul nearly peed his pants.

Totally off the subject…Your Greek Quinoa Salad from a few years ago…will it keep and still be good for a few days do you think? I was planning to make it ahead for a side dish (w/o shrimp) when we go camping. Think it’ll be good after being in the cooler for a day or so? Should I leave anything out and mix it in before serving? Thanks.

Don’t talk about fall to me please (yet). I’m a teacher, and right now to me, fall is a 4 letter word. I don’t like to think about fall until at least after my birthday (Thursday). On the upside, oatmeal looks great!

Fall mornings are the best! And I’m SO glad you have your internet back – right after college, I worked at a shoe store and one day our internet went down..it was a nightmare! Everything had to be either done manually, or not at all…ugh, I feel you!
I noticed the hexagon lens flare in those coffee cup pictures, and I just staretd using the 35mm lens as well and love the cool flares it gives off. I’ve read that its ‘technically’ not good photography but I could care less because I love the artsy vibe it gives to photos. I can just feel and practically breathe that crisp autumn morning air straight through your pictures!
