Popping in this morning to share some meals and a little news from Old Navy, one of my favorite stores for kiddo clothes!
First up: Toast with butter, strawberries and grapes and Siggi’s Pumpkin with a little granola on top!!!
Lunch: a salad with smoked salmon, delicious cheese, avocado and toast on the side. Greek Mountain tea on the side.
Dinner: Cook Smarts crock pot fajitas. I feel so proud of myself when I do crockpot meals. Ironic because they take a lot less effort than regular ones, but just knowing that dinner is done before noon makes me so happy. These were great topped with yogamole on local corn tortillas.
There is lots going on at Old Navy this weekend: there’s a huge the Baby & Kids Sale you don’t want to miss if you’re shopping for back-to-school fall clothes. I went in on Tuesday and caught the sale as it just started – came home with this super cute outfit for Mazen! Button downs + jeans are so cute on little boys! Plus a nice jacket I scored for only $8.99.
And I picked out these jammies, which he loved!
Beware of the T-rex!!!
Camp Old Navy connects the store to the community through events and learning opportunities for local kids and teens. This week is Play It Safe Week, so Camp Old Navy is hosting local community leaders and heroes at select stores this weekend. Parents can shop for back-to-school fall outfits while kids take home something meaningful about smart kids safety. So check with your local store to see if you have any local heroes planning to attend.
