Rock + Rolls

It’s been a wild and rockin’ day!!!!!

IMG_8963Blog

But in all seriousness, a really really great one!! We’ve been on fire – making a whole extra batch of Virginia Rolls that came out of the oven at 3. Everyone wanted rolls today!! Next year: make three times the rolls [and alphabetize the order sheets!!]

Lunch break!! Occurred at 2:30pm when we had a moment of lull and I jumped at the chance to make a salad plate again.

IMG_8956-2Blog

Greens, cucs, green peppers, tomatoes, pimento cheese, tuna, tofu, Popeye, Cville Crunch and an orange from home.

A Blondie bite for dessert!!

The fun doesn’t stop – after a massive store clean-up we have a party to attend tonight!

See y’all later!!

I’ve so enjoyed reading all your Thanksgiving preparations at the store—I’m so glad it was such a successful one for all of you. Hope you and Matt have a great holiday and some well-deserved downtime together.

You guys will be more than ready for a break, but it looks like a good kind of crazy busy! I believe we’ll be doing some bread-making of our own tonight — a healthy modification of my husband’s family’s hoska (a Czech bread).

    Happy Thanksgiving 🙂

Thank you for baking such wonderful breads and goodies. I know my family and I travel to Charlottesville, coming from Waynesboro, just to go to Great Harvest for bread and of course Savannah Bars and other yummies! Today we tried the brownies, and lets just say they have just nearly made it home!

I purchased some bread to take back up to school in Syracuse, NY-I am hoping they let me on the plane with it! Thank you for being so wonderful! Have a great Thanksgiving!

I’ve pulled out the extra batches of stuff myself — exciting to see it all fly off the shelves!! Finding time to slow down and eat something healthy instead of stuffing the first thing in your mouth is huge…good for you! 🙂
