Orange Ya Glad It’s Lunchtime?

I’m about to head into a lunch meeting about blogging and social media possibilities for my office. Thank goodness for prepared-in-advance lunch posts!!!

Today’s fruit + vegetable feast….

The Lunchbox

Leftover tempeh orange stir-fry.

Super-easy-vegeatble-based lunch #2 = dinner leftovers.

IMG_9269 (640x427)

We ran out of rice, but this is veggies + tempeh + orange sauce

IMG_9267 (640x427)

Orange to go with orange!

IMG_9270 (640x427)

Dr. Krackerrrrrrrrrrrrssss!!

IMG_9273 (640x427)

Sunflower Cheddar. I <3 the cheddar flavors the most. Although second to Cherry Semolina,  my new fav!

After lunch I’m walking over to the hospital (about half a mile away) for the afternoon and then walkign back when the workday’s over. Another beautiful day here in Charlotte so gotta take advantage! This is the most beautiful spring we’ve had. I think because last year there was some bad frost that killed all the trees? The forecast high for this weekend: 86*!!!!!!!!!! Crazy. I love warm weather.

Have a wonderful Wednesday!!!

Go to The Laughing Seed for lunch! It’s my favorite in Asheville.

Rosetta’s Kitchen doesn’t have great ambiance, but the food is awesome. PB Tofu!!

Also love Tupelo Honey Cafe for dinner.

And Tressa’s for late night drinks + music.
