One Week Later

Who’s ready for lunch!?

Rarr.

IMG_3115edited

I’m being lazy today. I did change from PJs to workout clothes, but I have yet to work anything out but my brain. Been busy working on odds and ends – a bakery conf. call, Travel + 2010 Highlights posts, writing project admin.

Hunger came on fast + furious at 1:30 and I was sitting down to lunch at 2.

IMG_3106edited

Enjoyed a lovely, colorful Hugh Jass salad with the last of the Thanksgiving Day leftovers – one week later!

IMG_3113edited

  • Baby spinach, drizzled in honey and olive oil
  • Lavender Salt
  • Carrots
  • Green pepper
  • STUFFING!
  • Turkey cubes
  • A 1-inch piece of last night’s bleu cheese
  • Walnuts (can’t get enough of ‘em lately!)
  • Pepper

IMG_3120edited

Plus H2O with lime.

IMG_3116edited

Afternoon plans include more of the same, plus a body workout at the gym (and some biking!) followed by another dinner with Karen and a UVA event!

Looks delicious! I have to say, I LOVE all the bowls you’ve been using lately! Do you actually have multiple ones of each or just one or two of each to keep photos interesting? I like switching it up but I feel kinda weird just buying 1 bowl or plate on its own!
