Moments Of Confusion

What time is is?

What to eat?

I had a smoothie planned but Matt wanted…

Apple Pumpkin Oats In A Jar!

IMG_0792

IMG_0797

The Mix
  • 1/3 cup oats, milk, water (the milk was still good – whew!)
  • 1/2 an apple (we ate our banana for dinner last night!)
  • 1 date
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin, stirred in at end
  • Pinch ground cloves, cinnamon, grated nutmeg round
  • Pumpkin Spice Almond Butter
  • Galaxy Granola
  • Cinnamon Almonds

IMG_0798

Woof!

IMG_0794

Recognize this?!

IMG_0795

Stroooooong coffee!

My morning will involve lots of this:

Couple hours more and we’re off on journey #2. The good news is, like any finale, and even though we haven’t even left yet, the end of traveling is in sight!

That was last night’s dilemma and we ended up with some pretty average pasta.
