That’s pretty hardcore: getting home from a vacation and having to leave for another one in 12 hours. I get stressed if I have two vacations planned in one month, lol! Anyways, good luck with the travel! I am sure it will be a blast!

I know the feeling of craving vegetables after returning from a trip! Traveling is wonderful, but after a while I really really miss the comforts of home. And fiber.

I’m very glad you both arrived home safe and sound, even though there was a spider to greet you ;). My sister and I were woken up by our cats playing with a little field mouse in our kitchen this morning at 4:30! We were able to get it outside safely, but I think if it survives, it will have a limp. Oh well. There’s usually crickets in our house because of our basement, but the mouse was a bit of a surprise. Anyways, have a terrific trip to Davidson!

Welcome home! I totally understand the need to do yoga and eat vegetables after a vacation. I got home from mine on Sunday night and while I haven’t done yoga yet, I’ve eaten LOTS and LOTS of veggies! (Still need to fit that yoga in …)

I LOVE Dave Farmar!! You can listen to all of his in iTunes!

Also, YogaDownload.com has more officially recorded versions and the 20 minute ones are free. The longer ones aren’t very expensive and are great as well.

Ps: random thought: in addition to amazing grass, you might like green vibrance packs for traveling- I find them less “grassy”.
