Love In Motion

We’ve been whirling dervishes all morning getting things done:

  • Dishes
  • Meal Plan
  • Workout
  • Shower
  • Curl my hair
  • Lunch
  • Costco
  • ABC store (!!)
  • Harris Teeter
  • BLOG
  • Make our appetizer
  • Make our salad
  • Make our drinks
  • Cleaning
  • Setting the table
  • Cut out hearts
  • Get dressed

As you can see, I’m not quite done!

We squeezed in a workout mid-morning. Biked to the Y, did 30 minutes of the Stepmill and biked home. Quick and to the point.

Then we had lunch before we went out to run our errands. The husband assembled some sandwiches and fruit while I finished getting ready.

Canadian Bacon + Laughing Cow with pickles, mustard, and romaine on Whole Grain Goodness. Laughing cow is the only cheese I can taste on sandwiches! I guess because of the great texture.

Some fruit – apple and orange

And a few crackers with hummus. I went back for another handful when these were gone, so I probably had a whole serving.

This appeared after we finished and I could not resist a bite. Or three bites

 this !

And I had a piece of Oreo Cookie Bark at Costco. It tasted like it was full of junk ingredients, but I ate it anyways.

Off to continue our party prep!

I love how you seem to put time into arranging everything on your plate. Makes lunch look like more than just another meal!

Being busy is better than being bored (sometimes)! I love all of your plates, even when they’re plain white! They’re huuuuge 😀

    That bar looks totally yum.

I don’t know if I have commented here before, but I love your blog. You inspire me to strive to eat REAL food everyday. Your pictures are always beautiful and vibrant. And the way you set up your dinning experience (candle lit, cute bowls and dishes, etc) really convey the message that food is suppose to be enjoyed and savored, not shoved down your throat.

Happy Valentines Day!! Hope you have a great time!!

Were they sampling the oreo bark? Lucky!!! I wanted to try it, but no way was I buying that huge ass tub.

I only eat cheese I can taste (and usually smell too), as a rule. Otherwise, what’s the point?

I had to laugh at the “whirling dervishes”! My husband is the only other person I have ever heard use that term!

Laughin Cow is the best! I won’t put cheese on a sandwich if I can’t taste it, either!
