Intergenerational Shopping

Shopping was fun! Gram took us to Loehmann’s, which has killer discounts and sales. I got a dress for the summit! And a cute clutch to match.

But boy did we come home worn out! We ate lunch at 2PM and were all so hungry that we couldn’t stop saying how delicious the food tasted.

We put out a spread of leftovers from the cocktail party last night.

Shrimp

IMG_0268 (640x480)

Crab dip

IMG_0269 (640x480)

Smoked salmon, which we are all WILD about!

IMG_0271 (640x480)

Brie

IMG_0270 (640x480)

Grapes, carrots + crackers

IMG_0272 (640x480)

I assembled some salmon + cream cheese rye breads, a cheese + half cracker, a crab dip rye bread and a pile of shrimp

IMG_0274 (640x480)

And the healthy stuff 🙂

IMG_0275 (640x480)

A little diet Ginger Ale

IMG_0277 (480x640)

Go Orioles!

IMG_0278 (640x480)

IMG_0273 (640x480)

Still not sure if I’m even full yet – I was hangry!

In grandmotherly fashion, Gram brought out some yummy looking cupcakes for dessert

IMG_0279 (640x480)

Larbs and I split one, and it was surprisingly very good!

We are going mall walking and resting before we’re meeting the rest of the family to head into Baltimore for dinner.

Have a great Thursday y’all!

I love love love smoked salmon. Some of my best memories from growing up are of bagel breakfasts with chewy toasted bagels, cream cheese, and lox with my family. So good!

I loveeee the leftovers you get the day after a party. Yummy treats you probably wouldn’t normally get for lunch, plus you don’t have to cook!

The lunch spread looks fantastic. Love Brie! But then I like it totally UN-healthy when it’s baked in pastry with some luscious fruit sauce.
Have a great time in Baltimore w/ family.

Hope you are having a blast. How long will you be staying? Are you staying through the weekend by chance? Any blog meet ups planned? I would love to come and visit you!
