Short and stout, for sure. I’m only 5’2”. And I’d like to think I’m a delicious imperial stout!
Good morning Scottish oats with cottage cheese!!
- 1/4 cup Scottish oats (ground steel cut)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Half banana
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese [low-fat, organic] stirred in at end
- Topped with GH jam, ground flax, peanuts and Maranatha AB
Half a cup of coffee – plus I had a mug of decaf tea. Still doesn’t make me feel quite as full!
Busy, busy day ahead! But the high is 75*!!!
