I am at such a loss for words today!!

Sides-2Blog-2

Monday Musings
  • I got my debit card back
  • I’m working on a webinar on Vitamin D for my RD continuing ed
  • I haven’t yet started my bakery newsletter blasts
  • 2 packages just arrived on the doorstep. I think they are frames for posters to hang in the basement! Once that is done I can finish the second part of Home Neat Home basement!
  • Went to Chris’s Body Pump this morning. Told him how we have tons of mutual friends. Class was hard, but not our hardest. I was thankful we didn’t do calf raises today.
  • I saw the sun for about 10 seconds
  • Ate a random mix for lunch

I have been vegan for 3+ years, I thought all of my egg replacements have been quite good. I have even made “dippy” eggs, but your real eggs on toast remind me of the one’s my grandmother used to make me in my pre-vegan years. I now know, I have to find a way to replicate that look!

I would be very interested to hear what you learn about vitamin D. I’ve been reading a lot about it lately and how it protects the body in many ways from disease and how a lot of us have low levels. I know our skin makes it from the sun but I’m interested in learning how to get more vit D in my diet.

Sometimes no words are needed and it’s best to just let the pictures do the talking. You somehow always manage to make a sunny-side up egg look like an elegant delicacy. What’s your secret to a perfectly cooked egg? Mine always come out all runny and goopy. I think I need a good egg tutorial.
