Good Ole Lunch

Turning into my favorite meal these days!

I’ve got a leafy salad – romaine, spinach, carrot, green pepper, celery and pecans. With a squeeze of lemon.

IMG_3981 (640x427)

Dr. Kracker Apple flavor!! LOVE them!

IMG_3982 (640x427)

And a Siggi’s plain (wish I had more of that awesome Orange Ginger!) with a little jar of Chai granola and ~4 almonds

IMG_3983 (640x427)

Peek-a-boo!

IMG_3974 (640x427)

Army of one!

Happy Monday y’all

Oooooh. Apple flavor Dr. Krackah? Sounds intriguing. I adore Dr. Kracker. Definitely my favorite brand of crackers by far. They just have the thickest, most satisfying texture to them. Thanks for alerting me to the new flavor!

Now that the weather’s growing warm my favorite meal is switching from oatmeal breakfast to salad lunch, too. there’s nothing like raw veggies! Except maybe dessert 😉

Lunch is looking good… back to the normal after a weekend away! Love the salad plus yogurt/granola combo. Will it be a sandwich and fruit tomorrow? Do you alternate on purpose, or just kinda go with what you feel like?

I’ll have to look for Dr. Kracker in Apple… I really wanted to try the cherry but they had expired and were on the shelf still, darn Co-op. As for Siggis, I have one to try I picked up last week, Pomegranate and Passion fruits!
