Have you heard about Jamie Oliver’s campaign for an American Food Revolution? There’s no doubt we need one – a Real Food one! I love what he does with the schools already. He’s working on a petition to send to the White House. Sign here if you like!

I’m off to attempt a Food Revolution myself! [Although actually, today is another ServSafe day so the Revolution will have to resume on Monday 😉 ]

I love Jamie, 😀 he’s such a down-to-earth chef and it is always a pleasure to watch him on TV. But although I have against him for starting such a (much needed) initiative to transform the American school lunch system, I’m a little worried about the flack he might receive from unwelcoming antagonists (“A British sticking his nose into someone else’s business”, etc.) 🙁

    awesome breakfast, as always, Kath!

I am so excited that he is bringing his work over to the states, and I can’t wait to see his new show! Teaching kids how to eat healthy from the get-go is soooo important, and I think we should all do anything we can to do so. You’re work is so inspiring, the best of luck!
