This post is mighty Easter egg heavy for being only February 3 (and my friend Becca’s birthday!)

The Mix

For TWO bowls:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • Pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds (heavy handed today!)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese, stirred in at end
  • Vanilla, stirred in at end
Toppings
  • Groovy Granola
  • Coconut
  • TJ’s sunflower butter, drizzled about

My OTHER childhood friend, Kirsten, is coming to visit this afternoon through tomorrow. I’m working this morning on a few things and then hopping over to the gym, a quick lunch and she’ll be here!

    I’ve heard that tulips actually continue growing after they are cut. And they tend to grow towards the light. I always thought I was crazy watching my tulips practically crawl out of the vase!

    I have that entire CB2 place setting in grey, and love it! I also love that they are much smaller, more portion-appropriate sizes. The cheery colors are great!

    There is NOTHING wrong with bringing in spring celebrations early (aka Easter. and pastel colors. and decor.) Embrace it!!!! (I do…)

    Oh! And i Just have to share… I woke up with all intentions of working on my biostats h/w for my MPH… but I instead I have channeling all of my energy towards organizing my place based on your new clean home series!!! It’s so fun… weeee!
