Crunchin’ Through

Crunchin’ through another day at the hospital….

Every good lunch needs crunch, cream, and sweet.

Crunch

IMG_3324 (640x427)

Spinach with pepper, cuc, carrot and almond, dressed in some EVOO and agave

IMG_3323 (427x640)

Crunch + Cream

Siggi’s Orange + Ginger! I have never had this flavor before 🙂 And some Nature’s Path.

IMG_3328 (427x640)

Sweet

Burries for dessert –

IMG_3326 (640x427)

I’m running out of things to say!

IMG_3322 (640x427)

Here’s a question: If you could travel anywhere in the world TOMORROW where would it be?

I’d say Carolina Beach (clearly I’m obsessed with the idea these days) or Italy!

If I could go anywhere tomorrow it would definitely be to Morocco, especially Fez and Marrakesh. I was supposed to go there back in April, in addition to some days in Spain, but we got stuck in Spain due to that volcanic ash from Iceland. But I couldn’t complain! Better to be stuck in Europe than in America, and we ended up going on a great road trip through Spain, Andorra, and France. (You can read about it and see pics on my blog, if anyone’s interested.)

I’ve been to Italy! It’s absolutely beautiful there.

If I could go anywhere, it would be the US. Boring, you might say, but I live in China! I’m deprived of all the yummy foods you guys have! (Greek yogurt, hummus, WHOLE FOODS, TRADER JOE’S)

Roma, Italia; Australia and New Zealand; Grand Teton National Park

Roma because we lived there for three years and I loved it and have friends that I miss there.

Australia and New Zealand because I’ve never been and loved reading Bill Bryson’s book about his wanderings. New Zealand because someone I knew (a Welshman) told me that NZ is even more beautiful than Wales.

Grand Tetons because it’s gorgeous and we’d drive there and I love driving across the US.

Oh and Wales, and England, and Scotland, and Greece, and St Petersberg.

I love that you put your nuts and granola in that cute glass jar.

Orange and ginger sounds good! I think I have to pick some up the next time I see it.

I would need a week to spend in Japan. Tokyo, Osaka, etc. I would eat my way through that country! I love the culture, the history, and the FOOD!

I read daily but hardly ever comment – couldn’t help myself on this one though.
TOMORROW I am going to Germany, Prague, and Greece! Just such a coincidental question

Well, I’m going to Orlando in September. It’s a favourite destination, that’s for sure (being from Canada, that’s why). But, I would love to visit San Fransisco one day, and Italy. I also saw Letters to Juliette this weekend and I cannot wait to visit Italy.

I think I’m really feeling Boston right now! I’ve never been there and it looks like a foodie’s dream! Next up: San Fransico!
