Snuggie

Snuggle up to this: Ramen bowls are now available!

IMG_3377 (640x427)

The hand-made piece of art is $56 for TWO bowls in an array of creamy colors! There are only 100 available, and remember, they take a few weeks to make and ship by hand.

And look what else is back in stock 😉

Happy bowling.

***

It was too short. The weekend, that is. That’s all I’m gonna say!

Matt made me breakfast this morning!

All Ramened up

IMG_3373 (640x427)

The Mix

  • 1/3 cup oats, milk, water
  • Half banana
  • Salt, cinnamon pinches
  • Blackberries, blueberries, stirred in at end
  • Sprinkles of coconut, chia seeds, Galaxy Granola, and butterscotch chips
  • Blog blob of White Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter!

It was gone too fast!

IMG_3371 (640x427)

IMG_3370 (640x427)

Caftea, iced!!! It was just too muggy for hot coffee. Matt made it for me and added a sprig of mint. Brilliant!

Awww, I love that first picture of you! SO cute! 🙂 Hope your week is significantly less hectic than last.

Thank you so much for all your advice on web hosting, etc.! I went with dreamhost like you suggested!
I was wondering if you ever even use the Dreamhost panel/dashboard once you installed the WordPress software? I honestly don’t understand 99% of what’s on that page and wanted to know if I even have to worry about any of it?
Also, is there a simple way to get from my website to my WordPress Dashboard? With my free WordPress blog, I just clicked on “Dashboard” at the top of the screen, but now I don’t know of any way to easily get back and forth.

    THANK YOU!!! 😀

O______o I thought you were about to tell us you bought a Snuggie! Horror of horrors! (I went to the USA on holiday last winter, and I saw ads for Snuggies on TV. It was a little… strange.)

I’ve never tried mint in coffee! I’ve always thought of mint as a sort of refreshing, light herb that went with things like tea, and coffee as a more heavy, bitter drink. Did it taste nice? I guess mint with anything would smell wonderful.

    Have a great Monday! 🙂

Hey Kath! Just recently found your blog and am really enjoying reading it. I had a question about your oatmeal. I have tried oatmeal a couple times and I found it mushy and kind of gross. Yours however, looks amazing! Is it all about how much milk is in there? What is the secret to good oatmeal??

Hey Kath! I’ve been following your blog for a few months now and really enjoy seeing/reading about people being healthy and eating REAL food! I have a few friends that have jumped on the CrossFit / Paleo bandwagon and wanted to get your opinion on it. Don’t get me wrong, I love CrossFit, but have very mixed opinions about Paleo diets. I have a degree in Sports and Health Science, so I have some nutrition background, but wanted to know what is said/thought/taught about Paleo in an actual dietary school/workplace setting.

    Thanks!

I’m not sure of the specifics of Paleo – is it mostly nuts, seeds, greens? I believe in eating some [humanly raised] animals and think humans are the species we are because of that, so if that tells you anything about my opinion..
