I could try, but I think google could describe them much better than I could. I don’t even really know myself. Just that I like vinyasa flow the best. Ashtanga is a series that starts with flow and ends with twisty bendy postures. It’s the best I can find right now!

Vinyasa flow is my favorite too! Though, I have found the instructor makes all the difference! Even though yoga is all about relaxing, for some reason I really like an instructor that can make you laugh.

Hope you have a great yoga class. 🙂

Do you really need the flu shot? Your young and healthy and your body should be able to fight off the flu…. Why get unnecessary vaccinations when you’re already capable of fighting it off? Most older people I know who get the flu shot end up feeling crappy for the next few days anyway and sometimes end up getting sick anyway.

This is your mother. Get the flu shot. You’re too busy to get sick, and the flu can be dangerous, even in young people.

“People who have adequate levels of vitamin D in their blood rarely get sick from seasonal flu. The flu primarily strikes those who are nutritionally deficient in one or more key immune system nutrients.

But rather than teach patients how to correct those deficiencies, the entire industry of western medicine would much rather poke a hole in your arm, inject you with chemicals, charge you forty bucks and keep you in the dark about the nutrients that would have protected you better in the first place. That’s modern medicine for you: Consumer ignorance plus chemical intervention. It’s a great recipe for making money, but it’s a terrible recipe for protecting public health” Mike Adams, Natural News.
If you’d like to read more here is the link: http://www.prisonplanet.com/evidence-emerges-that-seasonal-flu-vaccine-increases-risk-of-h1n1-swine-flu.html

Obviously getting the flu shot is left up to every individual but as someone who is into being healthy and promoting a healthy life style I would have thought you’d think twice about getting the flu shot.

I contemplate getting the flu shot every year, but never do, and never end up getting sick. I just make sure to wash my hands a lot and not touch my face. I know there are still chances of getting sick, but I think if you’re careful enough, you’ll be fine. I just hate putting things in my body that weren’t naturally supposed to be there… I’m afraid it will weaken my immune system, but maybe it’s just me worrying too much….

It seems very hypocritical for them to publish this after the food blog debacle. Just another example of the inappropriate behavior of this magazine.
