I have never really been fond of ricotta. Until I found a grass-fed kind at Whole Foods. It was AMAZING but it was also $6 a container, so I don’t really buy it because it’s super expensive. But since my cottage cheese is $5 I should switch it up sometime!

Have you ever tried eating oats that you’ve cooked in a crock pot over night? It’s my favorite way to eat them and was just wondering if you’ve ever given that method a shot. I have yet to try your overnight oats, but plan to soon! 🙂

Food scale? I have an Eat Smart brand one that I like a lot. It’s little and lightweight.

If you mean Body scale, I’d just go to Bed, Bath + Beyond and pick one. I don’t own one of those anymore.

    Great Harvest birthday….
I met some friends for breakfast this morning to celebrate a close friends birthday. (had the most amazing oatmeal topped with creme brulee but that’s beside the point). I found a book to give her for her birthday called “friendship bread”. Looked like a good book so I bought it and added two loaves of Great Harvest. She loved it!
