24 Hour Dance Party

After downloading some of that music yesterday, I can’t stop dancing!!

"No Air"

"Bleeding Love"

"Whatcha Say"

"I Gotta Feeling"

"Somebody Told Me"

Matt says I’ll be sick of these songs in a few days. I think not!

I went to the gym at 11:30 in my automobile. Sadness. I hate rain + driving. It gets too steamy in my car! I had LOADS of energy at the gym – maybe it was that mushroom coffee after all!? I did 30 minutes on the Stairmaster with Real Simple  – some of the fastest stair climbing I’ve done all year! It was over in a heartbeat. I also practiced my testimony in my head from the top of the stairs. Then I moved to the Squirrelliptical (see Q+A page!) and finished with more dancing in my living room that carried into the shower 😉

Come 1:30 I still wasn’t very hungry for lunch. A huge bowl of yogurt + pumpkin at 9:30 will do that. But I had to eat so I can get on the road to class, so I made a nice little lunch.

Spinach salad with toasted almonds and OhNuts dried raspberries drizzled with some St. Helena Kitchens berry balsamic

Plus a High Five Fiber bun – fresh from the oven! – with Nuttzo and TJ’s pumpkin butter. Between the Nuttzo and the flax seeds in the bun, this was a crunch-lovers ideal bite.

To class I go….I’m not packing a dinner tonight so I’ve got double snacks ready to go!

I agree with Matt! I’m already tired of “I’ve gotta feeling” because they overplay it here in Chicago. I could definitely go for some NEW music! Have a good class!

New songs make working out so much more fun! I’ll admit that sometimes I am “that girl” mouthing the words to songs and dancing a little when I’m running…people much think I’m crazy! That Black Eyed Peas song, I’m over, probably becuase I worked out to it almost every morning during my crazy bootcamp experience this summer!

Hey Kath, I read you everyday!
Just wanted to let you know that you can stop the steaminess but putting on your front window defroster it is the little fan shaped thing on your ac/heat in your car. The temp can be controlled so that you aren’t too hot or cold by it, but try it…I guarantee it will clear your windows!
    Take care

Oh, and I forgot to mention that you must NOT have it on recirculate (that is the little car shape with the sideways U) that causes you to be steamy too because it reuses your internal air in stead of bringing it in from the outside.
