12:48PM PST

Still amazed at the time of day. Ever since my time travel on Sunday I have been running on Pacific Standard Time!

I finished up a good project at 1PM and a bit reluctantly left for the gym. But once I stepped outdoors – BEAUTIFUL!! I love biking to the gym so much now.

My workout was a boring 30 minutes on the ET, but Better Homes & Gardens kept me entertained. Love fall themed magazines!

I was home and showered at 2:30 and had lunch.

Veggies dipped in leftover Tahini Dressing found in this post. It was SO good. Going to make it again for sure!

A slice of Great Harvest Dakota with a Laughing Cow and Fortnum and Mason raspberry jam –

And the last of some Oikos (~1/3 a cup) with cantaloupe and flax

Had a bite of chocolate after lunch!

Travel Back In Time

Want to see what I had for lunch on this day last year!? It’s really hard to believe I have 2 years of meals documented. I don’t even remember eating them! It would make for a neat flip through book, although I’m not sure who would buy someone else’s meals!

Here’s a post I wrote for the Mushroom Channel featuring my photos from the weekend!

Looks like you left this post a few meer minutes before I came on! Just want to say your blog is one of my favorites (as it is for many out there) and you’re one of my “healthy lifestyle” inspirations.

It’s great that you can go back and look at old food combos you want to try again. But it must be crazy pressure to keep coming up with new ideas.

I love magazines for the elliptical and TM. I save my fitness magazines just for the gym and its a great way to keep me motivated.
