I met my friend Liz for a walk to the farmer’s market this morning. She took these lovely photos of our trip!
We covered 4.5 miles total – sweet! And BOY is it a gorgeous day!
The bakery kneads me!
Back later with a report of my successful grocery shopping trip and a fabulous lunch!

What gorgeous photos! I love going to the farmer’s market.
Have a great Saturday!
Beautiful photographs! Enjoy your day Kath!
Beautiful photos! It was supposed to rain here all day but it ended up being BEAUTIFUL! Perfect for the farmer’s market.
bahaha – I was the first one to catch the “kneads” me joke. Funny stuff.
I love farmers markets…. I have another month or so before Alaska will be warm enough for them. It’ll be 24 hours sunlight the veggies will be growing like crazy then.
Gorgeous farmer’s market!!!
Goodness, farmers’ markets just brighten my day!!
I love the photography! It’s gorgeous!
And I love days like that at farmer’s markets…walking, talking, seeing beautiful things, beautiful produce…what a great day!
Good luck w. the bakery this afternoon!
Farmers Markets + beautiful days = perfect saturday afternoon. Your pictures are stunning! Have a good rest of the weekend.
Strawberry chocolate mint jam…oh my days.
I wishI saw the world like your pictures show it – really vibrant and beautiful! i love it.
Looks like my trip to the farmers market this morning:)
Looks like a perfect way to spend the morning. Great photo, especially the produce. I’m envious – we don’t have any yet in the rainy north.
I am SUPER excited because I just foudn out there is a Farmer’s Market less then 1/2 a mile away from me. It is only on Wednesdays from 11-3..but once I am teaching summer school, I will be able yo go!
All those pictures are gorgeous!! Enjoy the rest of your day!
Gorgeous pictures – those flowers are just beautiful.
How do you keep track of how far you walked?
I wore my Garmin. I also know how far I live from downtown
When you plan to buy a house, are you looking at places closer to downtown or the bakery? Or does that matter to you? I find that downtown is closer to the nightlife stuff/markets, but not as accessible to other larger-chain stuff. And more expensive
Your photos are so beautiful, makes me sad we didn’t go to our farmer’s market today!
Best wishes with the bakery can’t wait to see it action!
Those are really pretty photos. Love Farmer’s Markets!!!
What beautiful pics of a beautiful day!
What a fabulous looking farmer’s market!
I know I’m a total weirdo, but I think fresh produce is as lovely and romantic as fresh flowers.
Oooo….strawberry and chocolate mint jam??? Please tell me you sampled it! Sounds yummy!
I love all these vibrant colors!!! Especially since today it’s shades of gray in Montana. That strawberry chocolate mint jam must have been AMAZING!
Ohhhhh my goodness! I’ve had such a busy week so i’ve barely been keeping up with the blog world… but I LOVE that the first post I check back on is just *beaming* with beautiful, colorful flowers!!! Squeeee! Thanks for the prettiness
My friend has convinced me I need to buy an orchid–> Gorgeous and SUPER low maintenance (She said it only needs 3 ice cubs 1x per week!)
What a wonderful morning between the pancakes and the farmer’s market!
I love farmers markets! What the heck are those flowers?
Lovely, lovely photos!! I can hardly wait for the local farmers market to open up around here.
Gorgeous day up here in New England as well!! It’s so nice to see the sun.
I think my FAVORITE part of this whole post is the guy standing behind all the jams wearing the white t-shirt that has “JAM” written in what appears to be a sharpie marker on it. Hahaha. Amazing.
That’s “Jam According to Daniel” and he’s the genius behind the companY!
Loving the knead word play, haha!
And man does all that stuff look delicious! We were thinking of going to the market tomorrow, but we have so much yummy produce to eat up already!
What a beautiful day for the market! I can’t wait until our market opens!
Amazing photos! So sad I don’t have a farmer’s market nearby. The day over here’s been gorgeous as well :] I love sunny days.
The orchid table is one of my favorites at the market! Was the taco line huge as usual?
