Good afternoon friends!! I survived another Pump Challenge class this morning. It felt good to be back in the gym – it had been a week! I’m doing lots of walking these days, which just makes me happiest. The good thing is walking with a baby is probably the easiest form of exercise as well! I’m glad to have kept up Pump and pre-natal yoga though too – both I see as being very important!
I made a No Bull Burger for lunch – on Dakota bread – stacked up with nutrition!
Ketchup + mustard, tomato, avocado and some locally made cheese
Chips on the side (I ate twice this many while my burger was cooking!)
And two plums for dessert
I took my lunch downstairs and watched this DVD I’ve had from Netflix for about 2 months now. It seemed appropriate given today’s BERF post! It was actually very similar to my breastfeeding class and was good visually to see some more nursing in action.
I have a few hours to work before our doctor’s appt – see ya!
