Another day full of activities!
Anticipating a busy morning, I started with a bowl of overnight oats. Pumpkin mixed in with granola and almond butter on top!
We got up, got dressed and got going to the bakery to meet up with Matt and Amanda, aka Mandine, who is visiting from the Great Harvest franchise office.
The three of us headed out into the county to the Local Food Hub warehouse for their Community Food Awards luncheon
The babe slept for a good part of the ride, but he began to stir during the awards, so I strolled him back towards the car and we nursed in there before lunch.
We arrived back for a delicious local foods lunch featuring the following:
DELICIOUS offerings!! The Autumn Vegetable Salad was my favorite!
Followed by half a Savannah Bar provided by yours truly, Great Harvest : )
Party favors were local apples!
We headed back to the bakery for a while and then Mazen and I went home to nurse and chill a bit before dinner. After 3 nights of excellent sleep, last night was quite difficult with wake-ups every 1-2 hours again. I was with him the whole night, so I had very little sleep! We took a nap together this afternoon that made us feel much better.
Then we got dressed and headed out for a night in the country with Mandine!

Our destination was our favorite tourist spot: Blue Mountain Brewery
Matt and I shared a tasting flight of the beers – I loved them all!
We feasted on nachos to start
Played with the baby
I enjoyed a Caesar salad that was delicious
And finally, the famous pizza. I had 3 incredible slices.
I’m excited to get in bed early tonight – zzzzz!

OMGHAPPYBIRTHDAY!!!! Haha. I just can’t get enough of pumpkin this year. I have it for breakfast almost everyday.
And those apple favors are such a great idea! Way healthier than the usual candy favors.
