Morning!
I had a glorious bath last night. This tub is about 1.5 times bigger than ours and it was so nice to be under the water and not just slightly covered 
I slept well (although I think there’s a ghost in the attic!) and we all congregated for the continental breakfast this morning.
I decided on fruit + yogurt and used up an 8 oz plain yogurt my dad brought from home for me. I also added a spoonful of jam and one of my 1/2 cup GoLean Crunch baggies from home.
It was very filling!
But since I don’t know how long it will be until lunch, I added a hard boiled egg.
Plus 2 small mugs of coffee 
(I saved this banana for later)
We are renting bikes today since the weather is supposed to be sunny and are going to explore the island. We might even take a dip in the heated pool at the club here.

Ghosts in the attic! eek. I heard some strange noises in my parents house too….my mom claims it was just from the -30 cold though. I’m not so sure!!!

Enjoy! Heated pool = heaven. We use a salt water pool at the gym. Have you tried mighty leaf, chocolate mint truffle tea? Also took your inspiration and added a few chocolate covered raisins to my oatmeal!

It’s a B&B but we’re the only ones here so we’ve been able to use the whole inn. And the rooms are suites (some of us are on fold-out couches) so we have some living space too.
