Mornin’ folks. Thanks for all the congrats on the Shape article – I still haven’t seen it! Grr!! Hopefully mine will come today.
I can see the blue sky peeking through the trees – yay! I am off to Organic in a few, then home to run, study all day, then out to dinner with friends for pizza!
Today’s Buttermilk Oatmeal:
- 1/3 cup oats, 1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk, 1/3 cup plus a splash water
- 1/4 banana (leftover)
- 1/2 a big white peach
- Ground flax
- Jimmi Granola Plank
- A few walnuts
The buttermilk made it runnier than milk 🙁 I think I’m done with buttermilk.
Dig in! Did you all know I eat my oatmeal from side to side? As in I start on one side, work down, and then work over? It’s so I don’t eat all the topping first and have some for the second half of the bowl 🙂
