Wobbles.

Somebody was a little too excited to drink her coffee this morning

IMG_1742Blog

Poor linens. Stupid wobbly table, uneven porch floor.

IMG_1740Blog

Actually, I think it was the oatmeal I was most excited about! A few days without it and I was jumping out of bed this morning!

IMG_1734BlogIMG_1726Blog

The Mix

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp scottish oats
  • Half banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch salt
  • Half milk, half water
  • Dried cherries
  • Crumbled Honest Foods bar (that’s been in my pantry way too long but still tasted great!)
  • Salty peanuts
  • Great Harvest jam
  • TJs Sunflower Buttah

One heckuva bowl!!

I am hoping to get some major writing done this morning so I can make it to BodyPump and home in time to have a great lunch before Faith and I embark on a fun out of town adventure!

That’s the danger of white napkins 🙁 I almost exclusively use our colored (ideally darkly colored) cloth napkins to avoid the staining/showing dirt quickly issue. The delicate white napkins just sit in the drawer.

I am a complete clutz. If I only had a nickle for every time I spilled my coffee. This is exactly why I finish my cup before I leave the house. Taking it in a car was resulting in a lot of stains on my clothes and my car.

Also, I keep meaning to ask…do you put the ingredients (up to the 1/4 milk hlaf water) you have listed in “The Mix” in a pot on the stovetop? I’m a bit of a oatmeal newbie and I keep sticking the the same mix so I don’t screw it up! But yours always look so yummy I thought I’d better get some guidance from a pro! 😉
