Here’s the second half of our week – meals and fun!
Post athletic conditioning smoothie – blackberries, peach, milk, yogurt, oats.
(Note this didn’t hold me over very long – had snacks at 11!)
Lunch at Whole Foods – kale salad with catfish, roasted veggies and a tamale. Plus shared a juice with Mr. Mac and Cheese back there.
Sausage, tomato and okra saute with a side of roasted potatoes.
Friday morning egg, honey wheat roll, berries plus French press half-caf coffee
Preschool orientation! Loved his new teachers and classroom.
Salad with leftovers from the night before, chips and lots of feta cheese.
Dinner at Nude Fude!
Chicken kebobs, chickpeas and cauliflower (my favorite side!) and cornbread
Matt had sweet potatoes, smoked potatoes (which were amazing!) and black-eyed peas
M had a flatbread pizza
Dessert! Allthesprinkles from Kohr Bros.
*** Saturday morning athletic conditioning dance party *** Woo hoo.
Followed by ACAC overnight oats and iced coffee

We hung out with our friends for a while before coming home and waiting for Grammie and Pea to arrive!!
