Toastess With The Mostess

Another wonderful breakfast

3 eggs + splash milk + cinnamon + vanilla

+ Great Harvest Cinnamon Raisin Walnut (one of my favorites!)

    That french toast looks amazing! How do you calculate the foods you eat for the day, just calculate in your mind? When you make french toast in the morning, do you already have the other meals of the day in mind so you can accommodate for richer or leaner meals? That’s probably been the hardest thing about changing my food habits.

      Funny you’d ask this today because I was just thinking at lunch that I’d already had 2 big slices of bread at breakfast so I probably should have food groups that I didn’t have at lunch. Hence, a salad + yogurt. So when thinking about my next meal, I do consider what I’ve had already in terms of carbs, proteins, fats, dairy, and fruits + veggies.

    looks SO good! josh is actually headed to CHARLOTTE now to interview at CMC. i told him he had to try to hang out with you both but unfortunately he is just going to be going to an interview dinner, then interviewing, and jetting back to make a night shift here tomorrow night! so sad!

    I always dip my french toast too. I think if it soaks in, it loses a lot of the flavor.
