Think Spring.

It may only be 28* outside, but something in my brain thinks it’s spring. Therefore, I’m already craving yogurt, cereal and smoothies!

IMG_3136Blog

Today’s breakfast was a yogurt bowl with cereal. Have I mentioned how much I love the taste and texture of Whole Foods’ Organic Low-Fat Plain yogurt!?

TrioosBlog

I promise it’s under all that cereal!

The Mix

  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • ~1/2 cup Nature’s Path Heritage flakes
  • ~1/3 cup Peanut Butter Pandas (which I bought for Matt but stole!)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp jam
  • A sprinkle of salted peanuts

Today’s agenda includes GH website work (I have more things to change per the suggestion of GH Breadquarters), a visit to my new OBGYN for my annual (joy!) and the First Friday Gallery Crawl!

I love cool yogurt breakfasts. It was 0 degrees this morning but I still felt myself craving it. 😀

    Love your breakfast bowl! 😀

Sadly, 28 degrees feels spring-y to me! That’s how warped my mind is after a cold Vermont winter. Give me ten more degrees and I’ll be craving cereal too!

Must be some sort of internal seasonsal clock! I’ve been dealing with the same thing…suddenly wanting to crunch on cereal, fruit, and yogurt…..and sadly it’s still only about 10 degrees up here in the North 🙁

I didn’t realize you construct your own Great Harvest site? That’s so exciting and such a great way to personalize. It makes sense since you guys know the area and what would be the draw as well as keeping it up to date with current events. HAve fun with that. Your so creative.
