I woke up not very hungry this morning so I made a liquid breakfast that I could take with me on the road to the farmer’s market. But turns out I just ate it all here and am headed to the market as soon as I finish typing!
Into my smoothie I put 1 tbsp chia soaked in 1/2 a cup of milk for a few mins
Half of one of these Vega packets I got at the Summit
Plus a banana, 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese and a handful of ice.
On the side for chew, a small piece of Cinnamon Raisin Walnut with Barney Butter and the best Charlottesville jam
It wasn’t very filling, but that was my goal!
After breakfast I took stock of our pantry and fridge and came up with a rough meal plan for the week. I’ve got lots of shopping to do today – Farmer’s Market, Trader Joe’s, Target, Costco!
