  • 1/2 cup yogurt

Toppings:

  • Morning O’s

What refreshing breakfast! I was wondering… what kind of yogurt you use in your smoothies? I usually just use a banana and milk and as a base, but I imagine adding the yogurt would make it thicker and more bowl-worthy :). Have a great Monday!

Your smoothies in a bowl always look so good with all the toppings on top, I still have to try one, I am afraid it will be too watery!

Watery as in water or liquidy? Just add a little less milk and it will be nice n thick

I sometimes add cottage chees to my SIABs a la a KERF recipe from awhile back. Makes em thicker.

I added Morning O’s (or a similar “O” cereal) to our most recent WF list. We try to minimize cereal purchases because of the packaging (and eat homemade granola instead), but I rationalized that these were “for the baby,” literally in my case, as our 9-month-old loves the cereal crunch. The truth is that I don’t mind having them around, because I’m a fan, too 😉

It is a happy 🙂 day as long as the sun is shining, and it is warm outside–which is today’s forecast! I do not mind the winter, but do love the warm spring weather.
