Salisbury Sandwich Spread

A midday hello to you all! I’m iPhoning it for a quick lunch post πŸ™‚

We are in the office planning today and took a quick trip over to the high school to plan for a meeting next week.

Lucky us, a lunch meeting was canceled and we inherited their lunch spread!!! Sandwiches, cold salads, fruit and cookies πŸ™‚

I made a sandwich with a slice of turkey and half a piece of pepperjack, mustard, tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce.

Plus lots of fruit and pickle spears!!

And a palate-cleansing bite of white chocolate cookie for dessert.

Great lunch!!

Im looking forward to HOT yoga tonight and a late dinner. See ya then πŸ˜‰
