"Ry-an Started The Fire!"

Remember that Office episode!?

I biked on over to the gym today and did a happy 10 minutes on the Stairmaster when the fire alarm went off!!

I saw a big fire truck, but I never saw any smoke. The alarm my have been set off by the fi-yah I was makin’ on the Stairmaster !!

[Did you know if you Google Images search for "Stepmill flames" that two of my posts come up!?!?!?!]

MY OTHER RECIPES

I sadly had to get off the machine and take my workout out to the parking lot. I could have just stood there with the others, but I saw this as an opportunity for sprints!

I moseyed on over to the track and ran about a mile alternating sprinting, walking and jogging (in that order). Then I moved to the fields and did squats, lunges, pushups, and burpies. "Whatcha Say" is the perfect tempo for jumping lunges. Just sayin’!

Once back home I heated up some Cocoa Coconut Chili from the freezer.

Served with a little REAL coconut πŸ™‚ I used my FIREY cali bowl for eating! The bowl was perfect for heating soup. I hate it when the soup gets all on the edges from stirring – it’s bad for the photography and looks messy! But the nice lip on the bowl hides the mess well πŸ™‚

A side of Honey Sesame Kashi’s

I could barely finish this lunch – so filling!

Not cool that you were in a fire, but oh my, you just made my morning. I always go up to my hubs and sing, “RYAN started the FIUHERRR!!!” right in his ear. He loves it.

Good for you to use the time to still get in a workout. I like to take advantage of what I have even if its not the plan…although it does freak me out.

We put them in freezer-safe ziplocks and lay them flat on a cookie sheet and once they’re frozen they stack nicely.

I hate when workouts are interrupted.
Today I got on a treadmill that was signed up for for an hour because no one was on it, then it turns out a girl signed up for the wrong treadmill so when she got kicked off the one she was she came over to the correct one and kicked me off! Has she been signed up for the correct treadmill, all would have been well!
