My trip to the gym was none other than beautiful. It was a gorgeous fall day for biking! Once there I spent 35 minutes with Real Simple on the ET and then headed home. Quick + easy and have muscle builders planned for tomorrow 😉
I also needed a quick + easy lunch so I can get to class on time and made this simple yet 110% delicious combo under the broiler:
Two slices of Flax Oat Bran each topped with apple, thinly sliced Cowgirl Creamery brie, walnuts and maple syrup. This would actually make a great breakfast!! And is a perfect example of how Real Food can be perfectly healthy and gourmet.
A bouquet of the rest of the apple and a carrot, which also goes well with cinnamon I might add
