I’ve never seen Crofter’s over here – what’s so special about it? It seems so popular in BlogLand, I feel like I’m missing out!
    Have a good afternoon 🙂

Mmm. Your lunch looks so good! I had cheese and jam for the first time the other day. Yummy! I even used Organic Valley Sharp Raw Cheddar! I used fig preserves for mine. 🙂

For whatever reason, your lunch has inspired me to recommit to not snacking on junk today! And instead, dragging my lunch outside into the beautiful Southern California summer to savor every bite. I’ve never tried the Crofter’s Superfruit spreads— I’ve been a little hesitant to drop the four bucks but you seem so adamant about their greatness, I might just have to. I’ve only seen the Asia and Europe ones in my Whole Foods. I’ve read that they are actually a great source of Vitamin C, so that’s good. I like my jams to have a little bit of a tartness to them, do any have that? Anyway, your salad looks wonderful! Have a great day!

      Hi Lauren,
I actually work for Crofter’s and your post showed up in my google alerts. Email me at leeann [at] croftersorganic.com and I’ll send you some coupons. If you like tart (as I do), try Europe. Black Currant and Pomegranate.
      Cheers,
      LeeAnn

And an absolute HOORAY for Crofter’s in OpenSky. I’ve had to re-stock mine. Is the free shipping only available for Crofter’s or can it be applied to anything in your shop?
