It’s last-night-me talking here 🙂 Packed up this gourmet overnight oats in a jar to take to work. I have to be in at 7AM! Most of the RDs eat their breakfast once they get to work, so I’ll be chomping beside them
tomorrow today 🙂
- 1/3 cup raw oats
- 1/2 cup Voskos plain low-fat greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 banana
- Lingonberry preserves
- Nuttzo PF
And a small jar of Nature’s Path granola on the side to be mixed in. About 2 tbsp.
Coffee from the cafeteria TBD!!!
