PackandPackandPack

Taking a quick packing break to say hello!!

Curtains are gone! Bedding and towels all packed. Lots of fragile kitchen packed. Now we have to tackle our CLOSETS.

And someone is coming to buy our giant Sony TV for $20 in 20 minutes! Just watched my final House Hunters 🙁

Matt whipped up this couple’s snack around 12:30 – GH Cinnamon Raisin Walnut bread with fun nutty spreads. I had 1.5 sections.

And at 1:30, it was time for a bunch of veggies!

IMG_5331 (640x427)

I made a big salad of organic lettuce with peppers, tomato, carrot and green beans. Topped with luscious lemon hummus, a leftover Flying Biscuit bean patty and kalamata olives. Dressed in a little Garlic Gold oil.

IMG_5332 (640x427)

‘Twas filling and excellent

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TINA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gotta go help load up the TV!

Wow, that salad is calling out my name I think! Looks amazing!!! Good luck with packing!! With your clothes, are you just folding things into boxes? When I moved, I had a tall box with a pole running through the top so I could just hang my clothes on there. It made packing and unpacking my closet a breeze!

Maybe I missed this but do you have somewhere to live??

(Oh, and I have to toot my own horn: I FINALLY ate sardines! Followed your idea a bit with the chopped veggies–pretty much anything extra I had in the fridge–a can of TJs lemon & olive oil sardines (sans oil) mixed with some mayo, mustard, salt & pepper over some cold noodles. It’s pretty much just like a tuna salad! Yay! Sardines are definitely do-able.
