Neon.

IMG_5202Blog

Something about these photos screams the 80s – neon socks, neon windbreakers, neon slap bracelets.

IMG_5196Blog

I had plans for pancakes this morning, but I woke up 15 minutes too late and have to be on my way in just a few.

Cereal it was!

IMG_5201Blog

Luckily I’ve had wheat waffles and morning o’s in the house – love both of them. Out of wheat waffles now. I have to decide if I want more or a different flavor! Some Quaker Oatmeal Squares would be divine.

IMG_5198Blog

In the bowl:

  • wheat waffles
  • morning o’s
  • berries
  • banana
  • chias
  • coconut
  • almond butter

IMG_5197Blog

Have a crunchy day!

Suz – In the winter I purchase frozen organic berries as they are less expensive while being every bit as nutritious as fresh. I find Trader Joes offers the most budget friendly line. You can just defrost a portion as desired!

Oh yeah, snap bracelets are the bomb! I had probably 20 or 30 of those babies back in the day. Our elementary school actually had to ban them because they became such a distraction during classes and some kids were using them as weapons. I wish I had saved mine. I bet they’d be worth something someday.. or at least be useful if I ever ran out of manueverable metal.
