Moment Of Peace

Man it has been a whirlwind of a morning!!

Busy.

Sweaty.

We’re working on getting the second batch of OpenSky mix bundles out the door tomorrow, so if you ordered one, expect it in the next week or two! Everything is made, filled (and shipped!) by hand, so I’m sorry it wasn’t there yesterday!

I just sat down to eat! Sometimes I love blogging because it’s a time when I can sit down and rest for a minute.

Tuna salad on end pieces with veg!

Los chips on the side!

I’ve got a ton of work to do today – both in the bakery and online. Humpday it is!

Mmm, end pieces. You know I had to stop reading your blog for a while because I thought I was allergic to wheat and all your beautiful photos made me weep! (And made me hungry!) Good thing all my tests came back negative. Making a sandwich right now! 🙂

I agree with you 100% that sometimes it’s so nice to have the blog as an excuse to sit down and rest for a minute.

That sandwich looks amazing – you really can’t beat a sandwich made on GH bread (not that I’ve ever had one, but I can tell just looking at it 😉 ) Makes mine seem so boring and uninteresting…

the crusts of the bread truly is the best… whenever i eat the crust it takes me back in time – when i was littlte my mum would pick me up from school and on the way home, make our stop at our local baker (Costa – aka the greek baker-dude) we would pick up a fresh , hot outta the oven loaf of bread for after school sarmies, but even before the car stopped in the garage at home we have devoured both sides of the warm loaf’s crusts!! 🙂 so yummy – just something bout warm fresh aromatic bread…. irresistable

Every day I get such thrills from your gorgeous photos and am amazed and inspired by your recipes and treats. How do you take such beautiful pictures? What are some easy tips you can share? I love the blog set up too. Wow! If I could take a page or two out of your blog and and sprinkle in some of your magic essence, I’d hope my blog would be a tad bit good as yours.
