    I had some tulips from Valentines Day and mine started to droop like that after a week 🙁 They are still so pretty though. I had a reader tell me that tulips need cold cold cold water and you should throw a penny in there as well? It is supposed to revive them?

    This reminds me of our orange dinner last night. I made roasted salmon and roasted carrots, it always makes me laugh when I realize that I have created a monotone meal.

    I love oranges! They are one of my favorite fruits. Your breakfast screams spring! I wish it was spring already. It’s been pouring here all morning and it’s supposed to continue all day. Not looking forward to that.

    Okay I usually comment about your food but this time, I have to say it – your linens are fabulous. I love this one!!! And of course your food looks great, but the linens just really ‘spoke’ to me? I sounds weird but that’s how pretty I think they are! 🙂

    Oh dear. The breakfast looks great, but the tulips are a little sad. Did you know that tulips are the only flower that keeps growing even after they are picked? They just need a little water. But I think yours are on the downward slide……

    That reminds me I have a blood orange that needs to be eaten!

    Someone told me that if you put a little Sprite (maybe any sparkling clear bev?) in flower water they last longer. I’ve never tried it though.

    Such great photos! Thinking about those chia seeds…Haven’t tried ’em yet, but I hear so many good things I am tempted each time I pass them in the bulk bins! Do they have a strong flavor or is it more of a texture thing? Have a lovely day!

    my goodness, you always plate your food so beautifully! Have you ever considered going on one of those cooking shows? Better yet! You should somehow figure out a way to have your OWN cooking show!! Seriously, you already have TONS of fans… I don’t see why that can’t be a possibility for your future!!

      They are moderately expensive. They have totally different physical properties, but similar nutritional stats.
